Refund Policy | Levels Up
Refund requests are only allowed within three (3) days from the date of purchase. After this period, we will not be able to process any refund requests.
To be eligible for a refund, you must:
- Have purchased the bot subscription directly from Levels Up.
- Submit a refund request within three (3) days from the purchase date.
- Provide a valid reason for the refund request, such as technical issues that prevent the use of the service.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact our support team on our Discord server: Join our Discord with the following details:
- Your full name
- Order ID or transaction reference number
- Reason for the refund request
Our team will review your request and respond within 5-7 business days.
4. Refund Processing
If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 5-10 business days for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
5. Non-Refundable Items
The following are non-refundable:
- Refund requests made after the 3-day period.
- Subscriptions that have been fully utilized within the refund period.
- Payments made through non-refundable promotions or discounts.
